An AI stock scanner you can read in two minutes.
~560 names across the S&P 500, Nasdaq-100 and Macro — scored for structure and re-scored about every 5 minutes through the market day, from the same board the live record trades. One subscription, two boards: swing for positions held days to weeks, day for the session in front of you.
The real dashboard on frozen data: click any name and watch it think. No signup, no card.
Swing traders Buy leaders at real pullbacks and hold by rule. Every name carries a 0–100 opportunity score, an entry window (READY, SETUP, WAIT, CHASE, FALLING) and a hold-strength read, under a sector gate that says whether any of them count today.
Day traders The day board reads about seventy liquid names on an intraday lights grid — price, RSI and MACD across five timeframes — with fuel against the anchor ETF, GO, and room to the next level. Day states decay in minutes, so it re-scores about every 5 minutes.

The best structure in each book at this morning’s publish — nine names, ranked together. Opportunity is 0–100: how coiled the name is at real support. Click any name for the read behind its score. Subscribers see all ~560 plus the day board, re-scored about every 5 minutes.

The four books, and what each says today
The board scores names; the book decides whether any of them count. A high score under a closed regime is still a no.

The agent endpointHow the board decides
Coil reads the market top-down. Each book publishes a ladder — how far down permission reaches before a name can qualify at all.
- CashNo index setup and no sector setup. Cash is the position.
- IndexThe index itself is at a real entry — index exposure only.
- SectorSector ETFs with live setups qualify; individual names still gated.
- NamesIndex and sector both open — names in that sector qualify.
A level opens on its own structure, never on a single day’s move. Refusing names the layers above don’t support is the discipline — it is most of what the board is for.
Should you stop buying when the market is red?
No — and we tested it rather than assumed it. Across 2,649 sessions back to 2016, the days a red-index veto would have blocked went on to return +0.48% over the following week, against +0.24% on the days it would have allowed. Market state prices size on this board; it never blocks an entry.
A down day inside an uptrend is the dip worth buying. Weakness predicts drawdown, not direction, so it sizes rather than refuses.

What it will not do
It will not tell you what to do
An impersonal research publication — the same board for every subscriber, tailored to no one. Not individualized advice, and not a recommendation that you buy or sell anything.
It carries no stops or targets
At any tier. What to do with a score is your decision — or, operated by rule inside your own AI agent, that is the $79 Engine, a separate product.
It is not a broker or an adviser
Coil is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser or fiduciary, and nothing here accounts for your objectives, finances or tax situation. Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable, and board data may not be redistributed or scraped.
And the part most scanners leave out. The ranking brain backtests at +638% for 2017–2026 H1 against SPY’s +282% — survivorship-free research, not live returns, and the edge concentrates in leadership regimes. The board also grades itself in public: every score is hash-committed before the market can judge it, and the forward-return audit stays published even when it reads negative — which right now it does. Ask any other scanner for theirs.
Questions
How is Coil Scanner different from the $79 engine?
The Scanner is the read: the scored board in a browser tab, nothing to run. The Engine ($79 once) is the same scanner plus the rule-driven equities engine, as source on your machine. Want it hands-off instead? Coil Live (MCP feed) ($29/mo) serves the engine-grade feed to your own AI agent.
When does the board update?
Scored each market morning, then re-scored about every 5 minutes through the session. The free look and the demo are morning snapshots. A banner shows honest timestamps if a publish runs late.
Crypto trades 24/7 — does the board?
No — the board refreshes on US weekdays, and the BTC/ETH signals are daily-cadence reads on the UTC close. If you need real-time crypto, this isn't that.
Why are there no stops or targets on the board?
That's execution, and execution is yours — or the Coil Live (MCP feed) feed's, where levels are served to your agent under its terms.
Is coil.trade safe?
Check rather than trust: Coil never takes deposits, never holds your money or broker keys, and never places an order. Every score is hash-committed before the outcome is known, the forward-return audit is published even when it reads negative, and the builder is named. The regulators' scam checklist applied to Coil is at coil.trade/trust.
Is Coil Scanner financial advice?
No. It's an impersonal research publication — every subscriber sees the identical board, adapted to no one. For advice about your situation, talk to a licensed adviser.
The board a real, funded account trades from. Every settled session is published — the losing ones too. See every session →
Long-only, structure first: trend, location, relative strength, volume character. No earnings model, no sentiment, no news.
It ranks and describes; it never sizes a position or sets a stop. That is deliberate, and it is why it is $12.
Want it traded by rule instead of read?
Coil Live (MCP feed) serves this board — plus the discipline the record trades by — straight to your own AI agent ($29/mo). The Coil Engine is the whole system as source, $79 once.
Connect your agent — $29/mo Get the Engine — $79Coil Scanner is an impersonal research publication provided to all subscribers identically, without regard to any subscriber's objectives, financial situation, or needs. It is not individualized investment advice, not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, not a managed account, and not a guarantee of any outcome. Coil is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary, and no adviser-client relationship is created by subscribing. Scores are derived from historical and technical data and do not predict future results. All performance figures are research backtests — point-in-time and survivorship-free, not live or client returns; past performance does not predict future results. Markets can lose money, and securities discussed can lose value, including total loss. The board's Crypto book covers BTC and ETH: cryptocurrency markets trade 24/7, are highly volatile, and digital assets can lose value rapidly, including total loss; the board itself refreshes only on weekdays during US market hours. Crypto signals are tracked live since July 15, 2026 — figures before that date are hypothetical backtest results — and the Crypto book is not traded with real money by Coil. Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable; board data may not be redistributed, scraped, or republished. Consider consulting a licensed financial adviser regarding your specific circumstances. Coil is not affiliated with any exchange, index, fund, or issuer named on the board.
