Trouble installing Coil, connecting your AI agent, or wiring up your broker connector? Before you write, a quick scan of the FAQ and the how-it-works page resolves most first-run questions. If you are still stuck, email support@coil.trade with what you tried and what you saw, and we will walk through it with you.
Billing, receipts, cancellations & refunds
Purchases of Coil are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record (powered by Stripe). That means a few billing tasks are fastest to handle directly:
- Receipts and invoices — your confirmation email from Lemon Squeezy includes a link to your receipt and customer portal, where you can download invoices and update payment details.
- Cancellations — Pro subscriptions ($25/mo or $249/yr) can be canceled anytime from that same Lemon Squeezy customer portal; your access runs through the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Refunds — see the refund policy for what qualifies and how to request one.
If you cannot find the right link or something does not look right, email support@coil.trade and we will help you get it sorted with Lemon Squeezy.
Pre-sales questions
Deciding whether the $9.99 one-time Download or a Pro plan is the right fit? Wondering whether Coil works with your broker or your setup? Ask away. We would rather answer honestly before you buy than have you guess. Email support@coil.trade and we will give you a straight answer.
Responsible security disclosure
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in Coil, we want to hear about it. Please report it privately to support@coil.trade with enough detail for us to reproduce it, and give us a reasonable window to investigate and respond before any public disclosure. We appreciate disclosures made in good faith and will work with you to confirm and address the issue.
What we cannot do
Coil is software you install and run yourself, with your own brokerage credentials and your own capital. We are glad to help with installation, billing, and how the software works, but we cannot give investment advice, recommend trades, or make trading decisions for you, and we never see or touch your broker account or credentials. Every trade Coil places runs on your machine, under your control. Leveraged ETFs such as SOXL and SOXS can lose value rapidly, including total loss, so the decision to run Coil and how to configure it is always yours.
